Roadmap rules

  • No hard dates published. Stage transitions are velocity-decided. Publishing a date and missing it is worse than not publishing one.
  • Module Quality Protocol is non-negotiable. Tier 1 + Tier 2 features ship together. No "decoration tier" modules.
  • Shared modules built once. SEO + AI, Analytics, Links, AI library are vendored into both plugins. Same code, no plugin-to-plugin dependency.
  • Research-needed = not yet scoped. An item being on the roadmap doesn't mean it will ship. Each research-needed module gets a deep-research workflow + Sovereign sign-off before it enters the build queue.
  • Customer feedback weights priority. Post-launch, the highest-feedback items move up. The roadmap above is the pre-launch best-guess.
